      BinBeats does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any server. Everything stays on your device.
    

1. Overview

BinBeats ("we", "our", or "the app") is a binaural beats audio application for iOS. This privacy policy explains what information the app accesses and how it is used. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not operate any servers or databases. We do not collect:

Name, email address, or any contact information
Location data
Usage analytics or crash reports
Device identifiers
Any data that leaves your device

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The app stores the following information locally on your device only:

App settings — your chosen frequencies, noise preferences, and preset configurations
Trial start date — to determine whether your 7-day free trial is active

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

BinBeats uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and Apple's App Store to process payments. When you make a purchase:

Payment is handled entirely by Apple — we never see your payment details
RevenueCat processes a purchase receipt to verify your subscription status
RevenueCat may collect an anonymous app user ID for subscription management

5. Apple HealthKit

The app declares HealthKit entitlements for a planned future feature. The app does not currently access, read, or write any Apple Health data. If this feature is introduced, this policy will be updated and explicit user permission will be requested before any health data is accessed.

6. Audio & Microphone

BinBeats plays audio only. It does not access your microphone at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

BinBeats is not directed at children under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service integrated into BinBeats is RevenueCat for subscription management. No advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking frameworks are included.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
